- Click on the “Sign up” button and register on the platform.
- Create your exhibitor account, fill out the form and provide the required information.
- Confirm your account.
- Verify your email.
- Log in to your account by entering your username and password.
- Learn about the booth reservation fees and the provided services, which you can view under the “Services” tab.
- Pay the online reservation fee of 500 RMB via WeChat Pay (this is part of the 50% deposit).
- We will then send you the engagement contract and the participation form.
- Pay the remaining 50% of the deposit for the booth reservation (42,000 RMB) and return the signed engagement contract to our local financial officer.
After the reservation, send us your information, marketing materials, as well as the remaining half of the fees and the invoice amount (42,500 RMB) within 30 days.
