Log in to your account by entering your username and password. Learn about the booth reservation fees and the provided services, which you can view under the "Services" tab. Pay the online reservation fee of 500 RMB via WeChat Pay (this is part of the 50% deposit). We will then send you the engagement contract and the participation form. Pay the remaining 50% of the deposit for the booth reservation (42,000 RMB) and return the signed engagement contract to our local financial officer. After the reservation, send us your information, marketing materials, as well as the remaining half of the fees and the invoice amount (42,500 RMB) within 30 days.

You can make the payment in different ways: The 500 RMB should be paid via WeChat Pay. The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer, in cash, via WeChat Pay or Alipay.

It is necessary to register on the website www.madafaircorporation.com and have an account in the name of your company in order to reserve a booth. You also need to sign the engagement contract that we will send you after you have paid the 500 RMB, which is part of the 50% deposit for the booth reservation. Pay the remaining 50% of the deposit, that is 42,000 RMB, when you send back the signed engagement contract. The remaining amount of the invoice, which is 42,500 RMB, should be paid within 30 days after the contract is signed.

The China-Madagascar Economic and Trade Fair is sponsored by local authorities, especially the Ministry of Industrialization and Commerce (MIC). Law enforcement forces will be deployed throughout the event period, both during the day and at night, both inside the Ivato Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) venue and in its immediate vicinity (especially at the entrance and along the pathway leading to the exhibition venue). We will also hire a private security company to ensure the security of property and people (exhibitors and visitors) throughout the duration of the exhibition. In addition, upon the arrival of the fair participants in Madagascar, the collective transportation services connecting Ivato Airport, the hotel, the exhibition venue, and the cultural visit site will ensure the safety of the exhibitors. An information session will also be organized once in Madagascar to inform the participants of the safety and health guidelines to be followed.
